Whalley Range hosted a special coding event delivered by our friends over at Frog Education (the developers of our school’s Learning Platform).


Our student Digital Leaders took to the annual Business Rocks event at Manchester Central, questioning some of the UK’s leading media producers and tech companies.


Twenty three Year 7 computing students actively participated in a lively BBC micro:bit live lesson at the Fuse ROC (Redeeming Our Communities) Centre in Partington, Manchester.


The Year 6 ICT Challenge Cup 2016 was a resounding success, involving five local primary schools.


The challenge had been set. Five partnership schools. Twenty five students. Five groups. One location.


The UK’s digital and media economy is thriving. Venture capital investment in Manchester’s tech companies alone is twenty times what it was five years ago. Manchester now boasts a multitude of growing digital and media companies and provides a huge range of career and educational opportunities.
